Kiwanis Club of Kalamazoo

The Kiwanis Club of Kalamazoo is dedicated to serving children in the greater Kalamazoo area through various service and fundraising projects. Our club has been in service to our community since 1917. We are part of Kiwanis International, an organization serving children for more than 100 years. Our membership is varied and welcome to everyone.

We raise money and donate our time to hands-on projects for local nonprofit charities such as Pretty Lake Camp, and Children’s Nature Playscape. Our club provides dictionaries to every third grader in Kalamazoo Public Schools, volunteers for bell ringing with the Salvation Army, donates funds to children’s hospitals around the state, and much more.

At our weekly meetings, we enjoy socializing, laughter, and an informative program about current events, local businesses, interesting people, historical topics, or other items of interest. We are always busy planning club projects, volunteering with partner organizations, fundraising, and having fun along the way.
